When you complete the quiz, In Flow Artistry collects your full name, email address, phone number, assessment scores and your storage agreement and choice about email and SMS marketing. We use these to record your assessment and manage your contact preferences.

Cloudflare processes quiz submissions and stores a record for reliable delivery to Shopify. Shopify stores your contact details, assessment scores and email/SMS preferences. These service providers may process information outside Australia.

The form has two boxes: one for email and SMS marketing together, and one for storing and processing your details and assessment responses. Both start ticked and must remain ticked to submit the quiz and reveal your results. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

We record the submitted choices, exact wording, form defaults, form version and submission time. A preselected box is recorded as preselected, not as a box you actively ticked. Marketing choices do not automatically override a previous unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Advertising measurement

After your completed quiz is successfully saved to Shopify, In Flow Artistry may send Meta confirmation that a lead was received, the time of completion, a unique event identifier, the quiz page address, a SHA-256 hash of your email address and browser information. We use this to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to quiz submissions and to improve advertising delivery.

We also use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, quiz starts and accepted quiz submissions. At submission, the pixel receives your email address and the first and last name derived from your full name, which it hashes for matching. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. The pixel may use advertising cookies and receive browser, page, click and network information, including your IP address. We do not pass your phone number, quiz answers, scores, foundation results or personalised report as event parameters. Shopify manages its own checkout tracking.

Meta may process this information outside Australia, including in the United States, under its privacy policy. Advertising measurement is separate from your email and SMS marketing preference. You can turn off measurement for future website activity on this browser below and still complete the quiz and download your report. We also honour a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.

We record the privacy notice version and browser preference supplied with the submission. The measurement service removes its copy of the hashed email and browser information after acknowledgement or final delivery failure. After Shopify confirms the save, matching data waiting for delivery expires after 24 hours. If Shopify cannot save the submission within 24 hours, we do not queue an advertising event. A minimal delivery record is retained with the quiz ledger for up to 90 days. This browser preference applies on this device; use it again on other browsers or contact us about information already shared.

Unfinished quiz answers are temporarily saved in this browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can return after a refresh. Contact details are not included in this progress record. It is cleared when your submission succeeds or you restart the assessment.

Your report appears on its own results page. Your name and results are temporarily kept in this browser tab so you can refresh the page; they expire after two hours or when the tab is closed. If you choose to download it, the PDF is generated in your browser. We do not email your report.
